So I got my $200 xbox 360 in yesterday 6 days after I bought it. I paid for 2 day shipping, I don’t know why because I had to go and pick it up. “Signature Required” means you must be home and sign their little box, a signature on a note taped to my door isn’t good enough. So I picked it up and brought it home opened it and the 360 controller has a f’ed up right analog stick. Anyone who knows what an analog stick looks like could tell that this controller is broken. But not the wingdings at buy.com they put that controller in a ziplock bag and shipped away.

So Im fairly certain when I call this number I’ll have to ship something back to them. Whether it’s the controller the whole Xbox or my first born I don’t know.
